About the Role: We’re looking for a high-energy, driven, and inspiring Sales Development Manager to lead our growing team of Enterprise Sales Development Representatives in Japan. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and scaling top-of-funnel pipelines across key enterprise segments, driving outbound strategy, and ensuring tight collaboration between sales and marketing. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring SDRs to reach their full potential, optimizing team performance through data and best practices, and creating a culture of accountability, learning, and growth.
