What You’ll DoWe are looking for a dynamic Manager specializing in Sales & Digital Lead Generation who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to improve lead-generation efforts.We Expect You To Have4+ years of proven experience in sales and B2B lead generationBe a university degree holder (from a local or foreign university)Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketingCollaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for lead-generation purposesEngage with sales leads to set up calls, pitch the company and its offerings and qualify their fit for the company’s servicesFollow up on conversations with sales leads to share proposals, pricing and other relevant material to move sales conversations forwardPrepare sales proposals and pitch material in collaboration with other sales team membersStay in touch with industry trends and best practices and proactively suggest campaign ideas that will capture the interest of Calcey’s target audience to the content teamBuild rapport with Calcey’s channel sales partners and keep them engaged with Calcey. Conceptualize and action strategies to to empower partners to sell more on Calcey’s behalfImplement and manage marketing campaigns and automation tools to streamline lead nurturing processesEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze campaign performance against these benchmarksPrepare and present detailed reports to senior management, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future opportunitiesIt’s Great If You HaveAbility to understand, adapt, initiate, implement processes, and operate in a changing and sometimes undefined environmentAnalytical thinking and planning, communication, problem-solving, good judgment, and the ability to influence others positively is requiredAbility to effectively communicate even when the information is sensitive/difficultDemonstrate the ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEthical, Courageous, Transparent, Imaginative, Candid, and ResponsibleTraveling internationally when required to meet new leads, clients, and partnersParticipating in events (both local and international) as required on behalf of the companyCompensation: A highly attractive compensation package pegged to the US dollar awaits the right individual.Calcey is an equal-opportunity employer.
