Description
The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, market share goals. Overall responsibility for single phase service delivery and technical support for Hyderabad. 1. 2. Working closely with sales management team for spares planning and distribution. 3. Customer handling & customer satisfaction - explanation of root cause analysis, assurance to customers regarding products & serv. 4. 5. Act appropriately to ensure that employees are treated fairly; guide discipline/performance management process as necessary. 6. Providing technical support to all the three phase team. 7. Supporting ASP Technical team & ASP Service Manager in trouble shooting of escalated Break down calls. 8. Managing Technical Support for product Approvals. 1. Engineering preferred electrical & Electronics. 1. UPS product.
