We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement to join our Enablement team in Montreal. Leading a team of two Sales Enablement Managers and one Program Manager,, you’ll oversee the development and execution of onboarding, training, coaching, and performance initiatives that improve ramp speed, quota attainment, and productivity across our North American Retail sales teams.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our go-to-market teams are equipped with the skills, content, and tools they need to succeed in a competitive and fast-paced SaaS environment.
