* Coordinate with relevant departments and sales staff regarding product sales, sales promotion programs, product information, and sales manuals to improve sales performance and sales processes. * Prepare reports related to the personal banking relationship management under your responsibility and submit them to the relevant departments. * Plan and coordinate with the staff development team to enhance employees’ knowledge and capabilities in financial and investment products by arranging continuous training programs. * Prepare and control various expense reimbursements to ensure they comply with the bank’s budget and prescribed procedures. * Coordinate with branches and related product teams to resolve issues and operational obstacles. * Coordinate training for staff within the unit to ensure they are informed about the bank’s various products. * Review the performance reports of the region/team under supervision, compare them with the annual plan, and submit the findings to supervisors. * Supervise the management and storage of employee information and coordinate employee training activities. * Gather and record operational risk information and report any loss events that occur. * Perform duties in accordance with the bank’s service standards and operational procedures.
