* Coordinate with relevant departments and sales staff regarding product sales, promotional campaigns, product information, and sales manuals to improve overall sales processes and procedures. * Prepare relevant reports concerning assigned individual client relationship management for submission to various departments. * Plan and coordinate with the staff development team to continuously enhance employees' knowledge and proficiency in financial and investment products through ongoing training. * Manage and control expenditures to ensure alignment with the bank’s budget and prescribed procedures. * Coordinate with branches and relevant product teams to resolve operational issues and difficulties. * Coordinate staff training sessions to ensure employees are knowledgeable about the bank’s various products. * Monitor and review performance reports of the assigned region/team, comparing them against the annual business plan for management reporting. * Manage personnel data records and coordinate ongoing employee training initiatives. * Collect and record operational risk data and report any incidents or losses incurred. * Perform duties in accordance with the bank’s established service standards and operational systems.
