1. Assist to monitor lead supervisor to responsible for the sales target of Wealth Client Coverage, CIMB Group Vision and Direction.  2. Drive, monitor sales report communicating and drawing up business plan (covering budget setting) to implementation of incentive schemes, compliance, sales discipline, systems and processes. 3. Build and support Wealth Client Coverage though effective training, coaching and mentoring.  4. Responsible for the execution, implementation, feedback and review of Wealth Client Coverage. 5. Assist team head about the roles & responsibilities Wealth Client Coverage team. 6. Provide messengers to meet the need from RMs 7. Provide the team cars for RMs to go meet clients 8. Coordinate and help RMs find solution for any issues that might occur to facilitate RM to do their jobs 9. Coordinate with products and branch support to solve the RM’s work problems. 10. Complete debenture document after the sales made 11. Set up the system for new RM and help RMs when system error 12. Responsibilities
