The Manager – Sales will be responsible for:   Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts. Developing long-term trusted advisor relationships with key clients and stakeholders Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the JKIT portfolio within existing client accounts. Working closely with the Marketing team to onboard and integrate new clients and further develop existing client relationships. Positioning the John Keells IT solutions portfolio and value proposition to address customer business needs. Liaising with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience. Managing the complete sales lifecycle to ensure visibility and predictability from lead generation to deal closure. . The ideal candidate should possess:   A bachelor’s degree in ICT or Business Management, along with a full professional qualification in CIM or SLIM, with strong capability in IT-based solution selling.
