Director of Sales, US – Application Delivery Management (ADM)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Join our Application Delivery Management (ADM) team and help our diverse customer base deliver superior software faster with OpenText™ ADM solutions. In this strategic leadership role, you will create and execute sales strategies to expand market presence, empower your team, and drive significant revenue growth in the US region.We are seeking a driven, results-oriented sales leader who can build, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering innovative ADM solutions across the enterprise landscape.

EDUCATION AND APPLICABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 8–12 years of enterprise software sales experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing quota-carrying sales teams and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of application delivery and DevOps solutions.
  • Previous success working cross-functionally with presales, marketing, and services teams.
Responsibilities
  • Team Recruitment and Development – Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing ADM sales team.
  • Strategic Leadership – Lead and inspire the team to achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Sales Enablement – Ensure your team is equipped to effectively identify, qualify, position, demonstrate, and articulate the value of OpenText ADM solutions.
  • Market Expertise – Stay on top of evolving market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs while helping the team position ADM value effectively.
  • Customer Engagement – Work with key customers to understand their business challenges and guide them toward high-impact solutions using our ADM technology stack.
  • Revenue Generation – Develop strategies and plans to consistently exceed quota expectations and expand OpenText’s footprint in the ADM space.
