Your role will be pivotal in driving sales efficiency, improving data-driven decision-making, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to maximize business growth.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations and enablement, including relevant management experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the configuration and effective use of Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, dashboard functionality, and support for sales strategies.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve the sales team’s effectiveness, identifying growth opportunities and implementing improvement tactics.
  • Collaborate on the development, maintenance, and delivery of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing to process and analyze data, measure program effectiveness, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Manage projects aimed at improving sales and marketing processes, and develop sales tools to enhance account pursuit and communication efforts.
