Responsibilities

As the Manager, Sales Operations (m/f/x), you play a crucial role in ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and effectively.

  • Process Optimization: Enhance, develop and implement sales processes, procedures and technologies to streamline the sales performance.
  • Sales Analytics and Reporting: Monitor sales KPIs to track the sales performance, conduct forecasting and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data, maintain and update customer databases and manage sales lead distribution.
  • Sales Support: Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, information and onboard new hires on the sales tech stack.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration with marketing, integration, content and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure smooth operations.
  • HubSpot CRM: Manage HubSpot and ensure the sales team effectively utilizes HubSpot for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.
