Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales team on order book management to forecast and achieve monthly hardware (HW) revenue goals.
  • Oversee daily order processing activities, ensuring all customer orders are accurately entered, validated, and fulfilled within established timelines.
  • Monitor and improve order management KPIs—including order book accuracy, backlog levels, and order holds—by collaborating with the Central Order Management team (HYD) to maintain clean and accurate order entry.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for order issues, working to resolve discrepancies, delays, and errors.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to streamline order-to-ship processes.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, pricing guidelines, product configurations, and internal controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management systems, processes, and customer experience.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on order metrics, trends, and team performance.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies, export regulations, and trade compliance standards.
