DEMAND-SIDE (CLIENT ACQUISITION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT)

  • Own and drive the full B2B sales funnel – lead generation, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, startups, and SMEs seeking flexible workspace solutions and event venues, as well as outreach to potential customers in the new business vertical
  • Conduct client meetings to understand workspace and event space needs and propose customized solutions
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth post-sales experience
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships – ideally in real estate, coworking, unmanned machine, SaaS, or marketplace platforms preferred
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Network within the startup, SME, real estate, unmanned machine, SKU /consumer product community in Singapore
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Sales and Business Development Manager to drive both demand and supply growth, in the area of real estate asset management. In this role, you’ll lead outreach to startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients, crafting tailored workspace solutions that meet their needs, while also managing and mentoring a Sales Executive. You’ll also help grow our supply network of coworking and office partners, strengthening our platform’s value proposition.
As we are growing a new business vertical in asset / space management for unmanned machines, you will have the opportunity to also lead the space acquisition (supply growth) and outreach to potential customers (demand growth). This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to help shape the future of work.
