You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team – with a clear people-first approach and the goal of developing your employees individually.
You will be involved in Salesforce implementations for well-known clients – from upper mid-sized companies to DAX-listed corporations.
You translate business requirements into scalable technical concepts within the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, or Industry Clouds).
You moderate workshops, advise clients at different levels, and ensure that the technological solution maximizes business value.
You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and management of projects. Furthermore, you will actively support new customer acquisition and create customized offers for our clients.

What do we expect from you?

Personal background: You have several years of experience in managing (sub-)projects in Salesforce consulting or in a comparable role in IT consulting.
Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its configuration options and integration scenarios.
Leadership Skills: You have already led teams professionally and/or disciplinarily, promote talent in a targeted manner and create an environment in which quality, ownership and collaboration are a matter of course.
Methodology: You are proficient in agile project methods (Scrum/SAFe) and enjoy working directly with customers.
Certifications: You possess relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder) – or you aim to obtain them with our support.
AI understanding: You have experience in the productive use of modern AI tools to support your daily work.
Mindset: You think entrepreneurially, have strong communication skills and enjoy a dynamic environment.
On the road: You are ready to travel and flexible to advise our customers on-site throughout Germany.
