As a Manager, SAP Finance, Reporting & HR, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP modules related to Finance (FI/CO), HR (HCM/SuccessFactors), and Reporting (BW/Analytics). This is a hands-on managerial role ensuring seamless integration across business processes, compliance with organizational policies, and delivery of accurate, timely insights for decision-making. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO combined with SAC, PS (Project Systems), and HCM (SuccessFactors) is essential. The ideal candidate will manage the product backlog, lead a team, and drive continuous improvements to deliver a streamlined user experience with a “WOW” factor.   Key Responsibilities SAP Finance (FI/CO): Oversee configuration and support for General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls. Drive automation and process improvements in financial workflows. SAP HR (HCM/SuccessFactors): Manage HR systems for payroll, personnel administration, and talent management. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs. Ensure data integrity and compliance with labor regulations. Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure readiness for development. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and feasibility. Development & Implementation: Coordinate with developers, testers, and team members for timely delivery. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Assist in testing and validation to ensure business requirements are met. Process Improvement & Reporting: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve performance. Work closely with Finance and HR teams for day-to-day alignment. Track KPIs defined by leadership. Leadership & Governance: Lead a team of SAP specialists and analysts. Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance. Drive change management and user training for new functionalities. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain SAC reports and dashboards for Finance and HR. Define KPIs and reporting requirements with business units. Support predictive analytics initiatives. Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, industry standards, and security protocols. Maintain detailed documentation for audit and future reference. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain system documentation and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.   Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). ACCA Certified / Certificate in International Auditing (CertIA) or Certificate in Data Analytics (CertDA). Experience: Minimum 6+ years in SAP Finance and HR modules, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAC, HCM, and SuccessFactors. Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration and integration projects is a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with ABAP for debugging and working with development teams. Hands-on experience with Fiori apps. Certifications: SAP certifications in FI/CO and SAC integration preferred. Agile or Scrum certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
