Learn more... visit us at www.advi.com Overview The Manager of the SAVEs VE Team will lead projects to support client decision-making in health economics, outcomes research, and market access. The individual will deliver credible, decision-ready evidence that informs pricing, reimbursement, and clinical positioning across the life sciences sector. As a Manager of the SAVEs Team, this individual combines methodological rigor with client leadership, helping life sciences clients generate credible, actionable evidence where data gaps exist. This position reports to the Head of Strategic Analytics, Value & Economics. Key Responsibilities • Oversees multiple projects, ensuring consistent, timely completion of project deliverables. • Establish project timelines and manage projects, resources, and budgets. • Lead client communications and presentations for assigned projects. • Translate analytical findings into actionable insights. • Coach Associates and Senior Associates; uphold quality standards. Core Competencies • Project Management • Consultative Insight • Client Leadership • Team Development • Quality Assurance Requirements • Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MPH, MS, or equivalent) in health economics, public health, epidemiology, psychology, or related field. • 3-7 years of experience in outcomes research or HEOR functions. • Proven ability to translate technical findings into strategic insights for non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated success in project management, proposal development, and publication. • Familiarity with payer evidence needs, HTA processes, and global value communication. • Prior work with biopharma or medical device clients across multiple therapeutic areas. Location Candidates can be based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for those operating in the Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone. Candidates based in Washington, DC or Austin, TX, will have the option of hybrid work arrangements. Compensation and Benefits The salary range is $110,000-$130,000 annual base salary plus bonus plan. Exceptionally qualified candidates will be evaluated according to experience levels. Please include your salary requirements with your application if they exceed the posted range.
