[What you will be working on] Handles enquiries across multiple contact channels, displaying IRAS' service attributes to deliver the desired service experience Guides taxpayers in understanding and complying with their tax obligations through taxpayer education Provides assistance to taxpayers on the clarification of tax practices and application of tax laws Promotes voluntary compliance in filing and payment matters.
