Job Description Identifying and assessing security risks across the supply chain Developing and implementing preventive strategies to mitigate loss and operational disruptions Leading investigations into theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents Collaborating with internal teams and law enforcement agencies as needed Monitoring and enhancing the effectiveness of physical security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, intrusion detection) Creating and delivering training sessions to increase security awareness and ensure compliance with internal security standards Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external standards such as TAPA FSR/TSR and other relevant certification schemes. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, or similar domains Relevant certifications (TAPA FSR/TSR, WZ, CPP, LPQ, or comparable) Fluent English and Polish skills Familiarity with security systems, incident response tools Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
