Key Responsibilities Planning & Segment Strategy * Support the Head of Deposit, Wealth & Segments in defining segment value propositions * Translate strategic priorities into clear segment initiatives, KPIs, and execution roadmaps across products, channels, and partners * Continuously refine segment positioning based on market trends and customer insights   Segment Ecosystem Growth * Partner with external players (Wealth, Insurance, lifestyle ecosystem) to: * Drive customer acquisition and revenue contribution * Develop joint campaigns and bundled offerings * Generate fee income and commission streams * Track and manage partner performance (conversion, revenue, engagement quality) * Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to unlock incremental segment value * Support initiatives to increase product holding and customer value across segments and branches   Segment Performance Management: * Drive targetted segment KPIs (as assigned) including but not limited to: Customer acquisition, activation & retention , Deposit balances & CASA mix , Wealth AUM growth , Bancassurance penetration & revenue * Monitor performance vs. targets; proactively identify any gaps & risks , growth opportunities * Lead monthly performance reviews and executive reporting with clear action plans * Leverage data and analytics to understand customer behavior and lifecycle needs , Identify cross-sell / upsell opportunities (especially Wealth & Banca) * Drive improvements in: Customer engagement , retention , Wallet share   Sales & Distribution Enablement * Partner with RM teams and digital channels to: * Effectively roll out segment initiatives * Drive sales focus on priority products (CASA, Wealth, Bancassurance) * Support incentive schemes aligned with segment objectives * Improve frontline productivity and conversion through better targeting and tools   Governance & Stakeholder Management * Coordinate across Product, marketing , Risk, Compliance Finance, Operations and IT to ensure smooth and timely execution * Support governance processes including: * Business case approvals * Product/program reviews * Post-implementation evaluations * Ensure all segment initiatives comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements   Job Requirements: Banking / Finance / Business degree and equivalent functional experience Minumum 5 years experience in retail banking, digital banking, wealth, insurance or segment management Technical/Functional skills * Strong track record in driving revenue and commercial outcomes * Experience working with external partners / ecosystems * Solid understanding of customer lifecycle & personalization strategies * Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actions * Strong stakeholder management and execution capability   Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) * Multi-task handling skill * Communication skill * Time management skill * Motivated and energetic * Strong written and verbal critical reasoning * Result oriented * Able to focus attention on detail With operations that span 15 different markets across the region, the opportunity to expand your experience, test your capabilities, and exhibit your resilience is ample.  #teamCIMB  is always keen to welcome the ones who are ready to make that very special difference – for themselves and the bank.
