Ideally, the candidate should have practical experience across various areas, including:

  • Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms such as Ariba and Coupa. Additional expertise with tools like Ivalua, Icertis, Zycus, and SAP S4 as an implementer/administrator would be advantageous.
  • Hands-on involvement in at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations, including Blueprint Workshops, with the ability to map business processes effectively.
  • Experience in functional/implementation aspects of Coupa, Ariba, or other E-procurement technologies, particularly focusing on areas such as Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure, Invoicing, Expense, Pay, and eForms.
  • Proficiency in defining data migration strategies for master and transactional data across upstream and downstream systems

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A recognized university degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields
  • 7 years of consulting experience with a focus on supply chain and operations, preferably within a consulting firm environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change in complex environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and other locations
Responsibilities

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients in enhancing their supply chain efficiency, by improving reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness of their supply chain while reducing overall costs.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, encompassing process refinement, control enhancement, and technology integration, within various facets of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
  • Implementing strategic procurement solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Executing process enhancement within procurement to enhance operational efficiencies and realize cost reductions.
  • Streamline systems and procedures to optimize procurement operations on a global scale.
  • Implementing change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions in procurement strategies.
  • Monitoring procurement market dynamics and providing informed guidance to teams and client enterprises.
  • Actively participating in business development efforts, including prospect identification, facilitating proposal preparation, and delivering presentations.
  • Mentoring and overseeing a team of consultants, cultivating a collaborative work environment conducive to professional development and achievement.
