About the Role: CleverTap has a rapidly growing global customer base of 2000+ global brands across India, SEA, META, Europe and Americas. Our customers are scripting powerful success stories using the Clevertap platform; but we have only scratched the surface of activating them as advocates, and growth drivers. We are looking for a Customer Advocacy leader to turn customer advocacy into a scalable engine for credibility, and support demand generation and revenue expansion motions. This role will build and scale programs that amplify the voice of our customers, strengthen engagement across the lifecycle, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to build a differentiated market position for CleverTap. What will you do:  Customer Stories & Social Proof * Turn customer success into powerful market proof. * Own the pipeline of case studies, testimonials, peer reviews and video success stories * Build a scalable library of customer evidence assets used across sales, demand generation, PR, and analyst relations * Partner with content and brand teams to amplify customer stories across channels Customer Boards & Engagement * Build ongoing engagement with CleverTap customers. * Own customer lifecycle communication including newsletters, webinars, and product update programs * Run executive roundtables, customer councils, and community initiatives * Create programs that deepen product adoption and customer value realization Customer Advocacy & Champions * Build and scale CleverTap’s global customer advocacy program. * Develop a strong pool of referenceable customers for sales, analysts, and media * Cultivate customer champions and brand advocates * Drive participation in review platforms, awards, and industry speaking opportunities What are we looking for?  * 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (customer marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing), ideally with experience building customer advocacy and storytelling programs * Track record of creating programs that influence business outcomes * Strong ability to identify customer success stories and create compelling narratives * Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing Measure of Success: * Customer marketing programs that generate or influence expansion pipeline * A consistent pipeline of high-impact customer stories * Strong presence across review platforms and industry awards * High engagement across customer communications and events * Growth in customer advocates and referenceable accounts Who you will report to: Associate Director, Product Marketing Why join us - Contribute to a product backed by 11 technology patents, showcasing industry-leading innovation. - You are passionate about technology and its impact on the high-growth mobile technology space - Power personalized engagement at scale, processing over 30 billion events daily and reaching 3+ billion devices worldwide. - Flourish in an Environment that Nurtures Growth and Curiosity Learn More Get to know us better before you apply!
