Description

Help build a modern marketing engine that changes how a top-tier law firm grows.
This isn’t a caretaker role. You’ll join at the launch of HubSpot and lead the digital marketing team through one of the firm’s biggest transformations.
You’ll work alongside the Head of CX & Digital to lead the team, launch HubSpot, and deliver one of the firm’s most important growth initiatives. That means unifying how digital works across the firm, cutting manual processes, and running campaigns that prove ROI in real time. From drip marketing and smarter segmentation to personalising content at scale, you’ll set the pace for how a leading firm markets in the next decade.
Your job isn’t maintenance. It’s making digital deliver growth at scale.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a team covering social, web, campaigns, and digital channels
  • Launch HubSpot across CRM, campaigns, and client journeys — and prove its impact.
  • Drive user adoption across the firm, while continuously testing and improving how HubSpot is used so the system keeps getting smarter and more effective.
  • Automate and streamline marketing processes to free capacity and reduce noise
  • Run targeted, data-led campaigns with clear ROI
  • Lift personalisation and engagement across digital channels
  • Track performance, refine strategy, and show partners how digital drives growth.

What you bring

  • Proven experience leading a digital marketing team and lifting performance
  • Hands-on capability across campaigns, social, web, and automation
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar) and a track record of making platforms deliver results
  • Curiosity, bold thinking, and the drive to test, scale, and prove what works.

Why join us?
You’re not just joining a team; you’re a key player in shaping our future. Your role involves not just providing strategic advice and spotting market trends, but also crafting meaningful client relationships and innovative marketing strategies, harnessing digital avenues. In this team, we’re dedicated to more than just numbers; we focus on creating authentic client experiences that drive the firm’s growth.
