Role Overview:   We are looking for a high-performing Manager/Senior Manager - Enterprise Business who will drive new business acquisition across large enterprise accounts. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing strategic deals with high-value clients in a fast-paced fintech environment.   What You Will Do:   * Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting * Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to closure * Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline with a focus on high-value accounts * Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and solution-driven presentations for enterprise clients * Collaborate closely with product, onboarding, and solutioning teams to ensure seamless client acquisition * Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets * Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the fintech and payments ecosystem * Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders   What You Will Need:   * 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales / business development / hunting roles within fintech, payments, or SaaS * Strong track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach
