How you can make an impact

• Spearhead ERP/EPM-enabled finance transformation initiatives for insurance clients, including ERP/EPM assessment / Phase 0, also leveraging leading platforms to optimise finance processes and reporting
• Lead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects focused on the future of finance, including the design and implementation of Finance Strategy and Target Operating Models definition and implementation of performance steering models
• Drive Day 1 readiness activities in post-merger integration context to ensure seamless finance operations and compliance from day one following mergers or acquisitions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and technology partners to integrate advanced finance solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Advise clients on finance strategy, process optimisation, and technology adoption to enhance decision-making, performance management, and value creation
• Drive business development activities with the team

Who we are looking for

• You hold a university degree in Finance, Actuarial, Business, IT, or related field
• You bring at least 7 years of experience in Insurance or Reinsurance Finance. Your background must include direct hands-on experience working in internal finance, actuarial, or risk teams within (re-)insurance companies. 
• Alternatively, you have consulting experience in Finance Strategy definition and finance transformation specifically within the (re-)insurance sector. Ideally with exposure to ERP/EPM-enabled finance projects, strategy design, Target Operating Model design and integration readiness in (re-)insurance industry
• You have a strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, controlling, consolidation, planning/FP&A and reporting
• You possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
