Description:
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated individual to join the HR Plans and Data Governance team to support the developments of HR digital transformation in DSTA, to ensure the end-to-end data automation, coherency and governance across HR-related systems to protect HR data and facilitate HR data analytics. The intent is to enable HR to effectively attract, develop, engage, and retain the desired workforce in DSTA through evidence-based, data-driven insights and strategies in a timely manner.
The role will require you to:
- Work with HR and IT counterparts to plan and implement a digital transformation roadmap for the adoption of new technologies, processes, and systems in HR.
- Keep abreast of HR technology developments and leverage technology to streamline HR processes and improve HR productivity. Research and perform horizon scanning to ensure HR remains digitally competent and future ready to achieve HR strategic outcomes.
- Manage the implementation of digital HR projects/products, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensure continual enhancements to be ahead of HR’s digital needs.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of HR digital transformation projects/products.
- Where required, implement change management strategies to ensure that HR staff are ready and embrace the changes brought about by digital transformation.
- Support in HR systems & data governance and audits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree, preferably in Human Resources
- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
- Good analytical and critical thinking ability as well as writing skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated individual with a critical mind that seeks continuous learning and improvements
- Interest in digital technologies & their applications would be advantageous
- Team player who can work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
EXPERIENCE:
5 ~ 15 years
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
