You will work as part of project teams, providing business consulting primarily for our Life Science sector, before transitioning to the next exciting career step within our company after approximately 2-4 years. Our Life Science sector is a leading global provider of products, solutions and services for a wide range of customers, including research and diagnostic labs, biotech and pharmaceutical companies, as well as the industrial sector. Typical Inhouse Consulting projects in the Life Science sector include strategy development (e.g., on sector or franchise level), commercial excellence or operations. As a colleague and trusted partner, you support projects from design to implementation, inspiring change throughout the organization. You own projects end-to-end, handling interactions with internal clients and guiding project teams in flat team structures. Who you are: Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical science, medicine or business. PhD or MBA is a plus Work experience of 2-5 years in management consulting with deep industry-related experience in biotech, diagnostics, bioprocessing, biology, chemistry or similar Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: data & digital, strategic marketing, supply chain management, R&D innovation, transformation Strong track record of leading projects across multiple functional areas with exposure to different hierarchical levels.
