REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or program management role, with a strong focus on cross-functional business operations within a global organization.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor foundry, fabless IC, integrated device manufacturer (“IDM”) or relevant related high technology industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively influence outcomes across diverse teams and management levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, including experience in developing business cases, analyzing new engagements, and managing contractual terms.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and a solution provider, identifying problems and driving effective, timely solutions in a complex, high-stakes environment.
• Experience working with and presenting to middle and senior management.
• Familiarity with global manufacturing best practices and the ability to foster collaboration and synergy across different geographic locations.
• Some travel required
