Join Team Purple. Join IFS. Job Description We are seeking an experienced leader of Quality Assurance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts and ensuring that Energy and Resources Accounting products meet the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures Manage a team of quality assurance professionals and provide leadership and guidance Work closely with other departments to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of our operations Develop and implement quality metrics and monitor performance against these metrics Ensure compliance with industry standards Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all employees understand and comply with our quality standards Continuously evaluate and improve our quality systems and processes As a member of the product group's leadership team actively contribute to the success of the product group and the company as a whole Able to work/be available couple of hours a day that overlap with US Business Hours is a must. Qualifications A Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on quality assurance At least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies Experience with industry standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge in accounting applications Additional Information Additional Information Interviews and selections are being done continuously.
