The Manager/Senior Manager in the Research Office of the Strategic Planning Division will play a pivotal role in advancing the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Research Agenda. This involves engaging with local and international research communities, identifying emerging trends in Continuing Education and Training (CET), and integrating research findings to inform policy and programme planning. The role requires a proactive approach in driving collaborations and translating research insights into actionable policies and programmes, aligned with SSG’s mission to enhance Singapore’s workforce skills development.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement research ideations and discussions with stakeholders
  • Perform secretariat duties for key meeting platforms, ensuring effective communication and coordination
