[What the role is] The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is looking for an experienced and proactive member to join the ANS Safety Division under the Safety Partnership team. You will champion strategic operational safety partnership initiatives in upholding and enhancing a positive safety culture. [What you will be working on] Lead the implementation of strategic operational safety partnership initiatives to enhance safety and operational excellence within the ANSG, fostering a positive safety culture across all operational partnerships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including ATS, ANS (E), and NGPO, to promote best practices and drive continuous improvement in safety standards, emphasising the importance of a positive safety culture in all operational collaborative efforts. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering a collaborative approach to addressing safety challenges and driving positive safety outcomes, contributing to the enhancement of a positive safety culture within the ANSG. Provide strategic guidance and support to the Safety Partnership - Operations through the operational safety reporting line, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives, with a focus on enhancing a positive safety culture in all operational partnership activities. Drive the development of innovative safety partnership programs and initiatives, leveraging industry expertise and best practices to enhance safety culture and performance, and promoting a positive safety culture in all operational collaborative endeavours. [What we are looking for] Air Navigation Services operational experience In-depth knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices, and aviation regulatory compliance requirements Relevant experience with safety management systems and safety performance monitoring in the provision of air navigation services Experience in safety culture transformation and organisational change management Good communications and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging external and internal stakeholders, including multi-agency and cross-functional teams Ability to work well independently while being a strong team player. Highly driven and energetic, able to thrive and deliver results in fast-paced working environment.
