Manage site P&L and cost performance Partner with the site Director and staff to develop and implement business plans Drive informed decisions through the communication of financial reporting and analysis Perform strategic planning, financial forecasting and analysis of performance to plan Build forecasts through collaboration with Manufacturing and Site Operations Maximize Impact to the Bottom Line Manage site level costs and operating expenses Partner with site leadership to ensure competitive costs and performance to plan Perform ROI analysis of product and projects Analyze risks and make final decisions Provide consultation to internal and external stakeholders Update stakeholders on current manufacturing costs Establish business networks to maintain knowledge of company and organizational activities and impacts Perform ad hoc support of Operations and Finance team initiatives Provide mentoring to internal and external stakeholders as needed People Management and Development Maintain a highly qualified and effective technical staff, and ensure that the quality of technical analysis is always excellent. Develop and administer performance plans that ensure high performance. Give frequent feedback and ensure that performance issues are quickly addressed with appropriate remedial actions Evaluate and document development needs on a regular basis and ensure that staff has all the required technical training to do their jobs. Maintain the highest standards of performance and recognize excellence through periodic formal and informal award recognition. Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with each team member. Manage Performance and Development of Team Members Foster environment of continual improvement Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field Additional professional qualifications like CPA, CFA, CMA preferred 8+ years of work experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Controlling or related fields in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred) with experience in a people management role
