Description

Define and execute composite (data & domain) modeling roadmaps aligned with TD milestones and product development goals. Drive adoption of advanced modeling methodologies including ML/DL/AI and drive critical stakeholder discussions with PI/PO/Device/Backend teams. Able to clearly articulate the infrastructure/data/compute requirements to cross-functional leaders and secure necessary support for the team's smooth functioning. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust team environment. Champion continuous improvement and agile ways of working. Lead with humility and focus on the best interests of the team. Able to seamlessly collaborate with peers in the team and cross-geo location with team-first mindset. Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields 8+ years of experience in semiconductor industry, process integration, process development, device engineering or data science. 5+ years of proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering impactful modeling solutions Familiarity with fab data warehouses, process control systems, and modeling software Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Provide career development, technical coaching, and performance feedback.
