What You’ll Do: Manage and Develop Long-Term Partner Relationships to Drive Sustainable Growth for Affiliate Partners Act as the primary point of contact for partners, managing day to day communication and coordinating across internal teams, including meeting participation, Slack support, and first level partner responses Deliver against KPIs, growth targets, and key strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure seamless partner enablement and execution Monitor and analyze market conditions, conducting competitor and technological landscape analysis, and prioritize market segment opportunities Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans to support execution at scale Required Qualifications: Proven track record, with 5-10 years of work experience in account management, project management Prior experience navigating complex sales cycle end-to-end, including RFPs, government-funded processes, through to contract negotiations and closing Proven success in building & maintaining long-term customer relationships Native-Level Mandarin and Strong English Communication and Presentation Skills, Enabling Effective Alignment Across Partners and Internal Stakeholders Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business Strong organizational abilities, comfortable making prioritization decisions, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic Strong data management, analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work with a multi-cultural group of professionals Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point Preferred Qualifications: Fast learner with desire to learn Project management background preferred Experience in the travel and/or e-commerce industry preferred [#Bangkok #China #Taiwan #Hongkong #Vietnam #Manila #Kualalumpur #Singapore] Discover more about working at Agoda Agoda Careers https://careersatagoda.com Facebook https://www.facebook.com/agodacareers/ LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/agoda YouTube https://www.youtube.com/agodalife Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
