    Responsibilities

    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The position of Manager, Service Delivery and Development has recently been created to lead critical operational and strategic functions in our aged and community care program support teams. This role is responsibility for the delivery of efficient and effective rostering, high-quality service delivery, and strategic business development across MiCare.
    The role will develop and implementing workforce and rostering strategies that attract, develop, and retain a high-quality care workforce. Additionally, it drives the implementation and development of new business opportunities to support program growth.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Lead and support service delivery and coordination teams across Victoria and Queensland.
    -

    Develop workforce that meets the needs of our stakeholders, as well as ensuring effective rostering for workforce attrition.

    • Ensure operational excellence aligned with aged care reforms, compliance standards, and MiCare’s strategic goals.
    • Use data and technology to enhance service efficiency, quality, and accountability.
    • Identify and drive business development opportunities through stakeholder engagement and industry networking.
    • Contribute to cross-functional leadership and model MiCare’s values of Empathy, Trust, Flexibility, Harmony, and Empowerment.
