For more information, please visit us at www.coherent.com   Job Description * Management and further development of the technical service division for laser systems * Planning, coordinating, and supervising service calls (installation, maintenance, repair) * Management and scheduling of service technicians (in-house and field service) * Analysis and optimization of service processes and costs * Point of contact for escalations and complex technical issues * Close collaboration with sales, development, and production * Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships * On-site process support for customers * Training and professional development of service personnel   Qualification * A degree in a technical field or a technical vocational qualification with additional training * Several years of professional experience in technical service, ideally in the field of laser systems or comparable high-tech industries * Strong knowledge of: * Laser technology * Control and automation technology * Troubleshooting complex systems * Experience working with ERP and ticketing systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow) * Knowledge of project management * Strong customer focus and understanding of service * Analytical and solution-oriented thinking * Excellent communication skills (even in stressful situations) * Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize * Initiative and decisiveness * Very good German and English language skills * Willingness to travel   Benefits · Responsible and challenging tasks in an exciting working environment · Attractive prospects for personal and professional development · Flexible working hours and a pleasant working atmosphere · Benefit program for company shares · Possibility of hybrit working   Contact Are you interested?
