In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team focused on helping and empowering our customers with knowledge and capabilities. Together, you will ensure our customers thrive, aligning services and expertise with their needs to drive long-term success.
As Manager Services, you’ll collaborate closely with CET Norway’s management team and the Market Team Norway to deliver innovative solutions and services to our customer base. You will also have the exciting opportunity to build a new team within the CET organization.

YOUR BACKGROUND

We’re looking for a skilled leader with a proven track record in consulting and team management. You should bring the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years leading teams and 5-10 years in consulting.
  • A clear and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing change and driving organizational improvement.
  • Skilled at balancing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A relevant academic degree.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive the Services team’s activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and recommend new market opportunities to enhance growth.
  • Develop and execute the business plan for the services team, including setting and achieving goals.
  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction by collaborating with Implementation, Support, and commercial stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
  • Actively contribute to sales efforts, working closely with other functions.
  • Track and improve KPIs, including Quality, Finance, Efficiency, ESAT, CSAT, and NPS.
  • Lead and participate in strategic initiatives, ensuring the right expertise is allocated to key areas.
  • Foster excellent communication with customers, delivering solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Inspire, guide, and coach your team to deliver their best work.
  • Enhance team members’ skills and capabilities, and participate in collaboration meetings with customers.
  • Promote and maintain a proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Actively contribute to CET Norway’s management team.
