REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team during shifts, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to culinary standards and food safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff in hospitality practices, coffee making , latte art , smoothies ans milkshake, iced drinks and kitchen operations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to implement new policies or procedures aimed at improving service quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas in compliance with health regulations.
  • Support the team in various roles as needed, including bartending or assisting in food preparation.
