Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Shipping & Loading Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing shipping and loading processes, managing a team, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are passionate about operational efficiency and team leadership, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of shipping and loading team members, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment. Manage daily shipping and loading operations, ensuring efficient workflow, proper scheduling, and adherence to safety protocols. Develop and communicate delivery schedules in collaboration with Sales and Manufacturing teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Coordinate loading activities by working closely with the Plant Manager to meet manufacturing timelines in a cost-effective manner. Address and resolve shipping issues or delays promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
