Shirlys Filipino & Asian products is an Asian supermarket and webshop in the southern part of the Netherlands. We deliver food products especially to Seafarer at the harbours Vlissingen, Terneuzen and Ghent and OFW worker in Netherlands and Belgium.

QUALIFICATIONS

• fluency language Tagalog, English, Hiligayon, dutch language is a plus
• driver licence
• Proven expertise in Operations Management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Team Management skills
• Experience in Sales management
• Knowledge and experience in Machining
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in a retail or manufacturing setting is a plus

The Manager Shop Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed efficiently. This role involves managing a team, coordinating and monitoring sales activities, and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement. The manager will also be responsible for liaising with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all equipment is well-maintained and operating correctly.
