Responsibilities
  • Drive strategy and lead all sales activities for our Internal Wholesaler Small Group area, playing a key role in achieving division goals and shaping the future of our small group business.
  • Take ownership of the small group product lifecycle—overseeing pricing, underwriting, systems, and plan design—while using data and performance insights to guide continuous improvement.
  • Build and inspire a high-performing, inclusive team by leading onboarding, coaching, and development efforts that promote accountability and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong product distribution, while navigating shifting priorities, resource needs, and budgets to keep projects on track.
  • Be the face of our small group products by building meaningful relationships with brokers and sales reps—identifying key partners and helping them succeed.
  • Shape the product’s success by developing marketing strategies, optimizing product positioning, and staying agile in response to market demands and sales goals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry insights, competitor trends, and risk management—while keeping a sharp eye on underwriting alignment, product knowledge, and budget performance.
