At Smile Dental Group our goal is to provide dental health and beautiful smiles to the whole family. After all, it is our name! Job Description Dental Manager wanted for a busy Established Practice. Great Generous Compensation and Large Bonus. Friendly Doctor and Staff. Managerial Experience Required. Base Pay + (Goal driven bonus potential) Creating an environment that promotes great customer service Coaching and mentoring staff members to help them achieve their highest levels of potential. Focus on Increasing revenue monthly as well as profit. Controlling Costs to meet or exceed monthly budgets. Responsible for interviewing and acquisition of qualified job candidates. Maximizing patient flow and productivity. Ensuring office compliance of (OSHA, HIPAA and Code of Safe Practices) Qualifications Minimum of 3 years running a large dental practice PPO Fee Coordination (preferred) Customer Service Focus Excellent Communication skillsand ability to lead large staff (25+ employees) Dental Terminology / Billing Experience (preferred) Multi Doctor Practice (preferred) Professional Demeanor Eaglesoft Software Experience (plus) Bilingual English / Spanish (preferred) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
