OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and driven executive to support our digital marketing efforts. As the Manager, the candidate will assist in managing IAL’s social media platforms, maintaining the Institute’s website and analysing performance metrics to enhance our online presence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A) Social Media

  • Manage all IAL social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and alignment with objectives.
  • Create engaging content to boost audience interaction and reinforce brand messaging.
  • Coordinate with the social media agency for timely effective delivery of agreed work.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, leveraging analytics and SEO to refine strategy.
  • Collaborate with content owners to maintain a social media calendar aligned with key initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and produce reports to evaluate effectiveness.

B) Website

  • Develop and execute a website strategy that supports IAL’s goals and user needs.
  • Create and manage engaging content (articles, blogs, multimedia) with content owners.
  • Partner with the website agency and IT team to maintain site performance, functionality, and security.
  • Apply and monitor SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings.
  • Enhance site design, layout and UX for better navigation and accessibility.
  • Use analytics tools to assess traffic, generate reports and identify improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of social media and digital marketing or website management experience.
  • Good project and people management skills
  • Result and customer-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
  • The successful appointee will be based in IAL Campus located at Lifelong Learning Institute next to Paya Lebar MRT station.
