JOB TITLE Social Media Manager | MAF Retail | Head Office KSA ROLE SUMMARY The Manager – Social Media is responsible for managing the organic social media accounts for their own Country and / or Market. The role holder is responsible for driving the social strategy forward, and for enhancing & improving social media platform performance. ROLE PROFILE Leads the operational process of managing the social media activities throughout the their own Country and / Market. Set the standards and processes around creativity for their own Country and / Market. Supports in developing & localizing the social media strategies for their own Country and / Market. Design, build and maintain MAF Retail’s social media’s presence for their own Country and / Market. Leads by example in driving adoption of social media best practices in their own Country and / Market. Runs coordination & alignment efforts to drive increasing performance, through meetings & similar with wider teams, including the CORP Social Media team Identification of trends & opportunities throughout social platforms, and escalation of same for quick action Deploys the content approach between the available communication channels, including executive channels, content differentiation, tone of voice guidelines and strategies . REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field. 5+ years' experience in a similar position, experience in the retail industry is preferred Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and monitoring an and execute social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations to drive brand awareness and engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in the social media landscape.
