Description:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in Lieu of Degree must be a 1:1 ratio of experience to education
- Experience - 5+ years in digital marketing, social media, or public relations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
- Proven success managing digital engagement and reputation strategy, ideally in a healthcare or regulated environment
- Deep fluency in social platforms (Meta, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and review channels (Google, Healthgrades, etc.)
- Familiarity with social listening, publishing, and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Strong understanding of digital performance marketing principles, analytics, and audience targeting
- Excellent communication, crisis response, and stakeholder collaboration skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education - Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Experience - 8+ years digital marketing, social media, or public relations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS (PREFERRED):
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in digital contexts
- Experience with media buying or agency collaboration Brandwatch experience
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
