Job Description: As a Social Manager, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels. You will be responsible for driving performance excellence, ensuring operational accuracy, and delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on campaign expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with business objectives. Create full-funnel media plans, including budget allocation, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting. Identify growth opportunities and innovative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness. Campaign Management & Optimization Oversee end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms. Ensure campaigns are set up accurately with proper tracking and measurement frameworks. Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and conversion rates. Manage pacing and budgets to ensure zero overspend or underspend. Performance Analysis & Reporting Lead preparation of performance reports and review presentations. Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign data. Conduct post-campaign analysis and document key learnings to improve future performance. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact for paid social matters. Translate business objectives into clear and effective social strategies. Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations confidently to stakeholders. Team Leadership & Collaboration Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure high-quality execution. Review campaign setups and reporting outputs to maintain quality control. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, creative, analytics, and operations to ensure seamless campaign deployment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns. Strong expertise in major social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.). Experience managing large budgets and complex campaign structures. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong interest in digital media, performance marketing, and audience strategy.
