Responsibilities Manage daily soft services operations (Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management) to ensure smooth service delivery. Supervise site teams and monitor performance to meet service standards and client expectations. Act as the main point of contact for clients on all soft services matters. Coordinate and monitor vendors and contractors, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain service quality. Handle incidents, complaints, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution. Ensure compliance with licenses, insurances, and regulatory requirements. Support achievement of contract revenue, cost control, and profitability targets. Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Support sustainability and operational excellence initiatives across soft services. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, or related field from a university recognized by the Malaysian Government. 10 years of experience in Facilities Management with strong exposure to soft services operations (Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management). At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, leading operations teams and managing service providers or contractors. Demonstrated strong operational leadership with the ability to manage incidents, drive service quality, and meet SLA/KPI requirements. Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Remark: The contract is until October 2026.
