Job Duties: Lead, organize, and manage projects from beginning to end that require coordinated efforts across multiple functions. Ensure minimal operational overhead by automating maintenance tasks with easily manageable configurations, solving scalability bottlenecks to improve software performance and maximize system availability by ensuring functional and performance SLAs. Design, implement, and test complex, multi-tier distributed software application frameworks collaboratively with peers and technical leaders. Responsible for team delivery of improved features, improvements to enhance the customer experience at scale by providing the products with Quality, Reliability and scale. Collaborate with Architects, cross-functional teams to drive the vision laid out by product, compliance, and software engineering. Ensure a strong on-call rotation with an emphasis on reducing time to detection and time to record. Manage 1 to 2 scrum teams and responsible for the software delivery. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance of software development processes such as Agile. Designing and developing scalable software applications using Object-Oriented Design principles and Java for building efficient and maintainable solutions (3 years). Python programming and implementing test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to ensure high-quality software (3 years). Developing enterprise-level applications utilizing the Spring Framework and Hibernate ORM, including building and optimizing RESTful web services to handle high-demand workloads (3 years). Leveraging Redis to enhance application performance through efficient caching and data storage for scalable real-time solutions (3 years). Designing and optimizing MySQL databases, including normalization, indexing strategies, and ensuring data integrity (3 years). Maintaining and debugging web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure seamless user experiences and test automation using Selenium (3 years). Automating build processes and managing project lifecycles in Java-based applications using Apache Maven, enabling smoother software development workflows (3 years). EOE, including disability/vets. Salary: $189,592.00-300,500.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The total compensation for this position includes standard company benefits and is based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills and experience.
