As a Manager Software Development II, you will lead a team of talented developers to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Your role will involve overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software applications, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects. What you'll do: Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing direction and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications that align with Fiserv's strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
