Manager , Software Engineering Full-Time Position About Kaseya Kaseya is the leading provider of complete IT Infrastructure and Security Management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Responsibilities · Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring delivery of high-quality features in a modern SaaS environment. · Drive adoption of Agile practices, continuous integration, and test automation across the team. · Collaborate closely with product and QA partners to align engineering priorities with customer needs. · Support the integration of AI/ML into product features and engineering workflows. · Promote a culture of quality, ownership, and accountability within the team. · Oversee release readiness, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives. · Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.). · Provide input into technical architecture and implementation while enabling engineers to take ownership. Requirements · 3–5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with direct people management. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. · Proven track record delivering cloud-native SaaS products. · Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps principles. · Experience with observability tools, incident management, and performance optimization. · Familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus. · Strong communication skills with a passion for coaching engineers. · Ability to manage team schedules, balance priorities, and deliver on commitments.
