Directly manages software development projects (including program management) and execution through individual contributors. You will lead a team of 7 to 10 Experienced US based engineers Your responsibilities include managing a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions, and engaging with external developers You will set clear goals, define project requirements, and manage priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams You will implement best practices and drive technical excellence by understanding and addressing developers' needs Our team is dedicated to reinventing online payments, enabling merchants worldwide to accept payments within their apps and websites. As a leader, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional support to our developer community You will oversee the development of new payment methods and features, shaping the next generation of our developer experience +7 years of Web Development experience +3 years of experience working in a large-scale organization Proven experience in a leadership (Manager or Tech-Lead) role, preferably in a Web, Full-Stack or SDK development environment Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent Experience building JavaScript and TypeScript applications Experience in developer-facing products (e.g. SDKs, REST APIs, GraphQL) or products that enable third-party application development Experience with payment processing, e-commerce, or financial technology is a major plus
